Better Pause is the Improved SadPause or Pause Mod, it allows you to not lose hunger and thirst while Paused but this mod also takes in account your saturation and buffs and makes it so you're invincible (This can be turned off if you have the Extra Settings API mod), so you no longer have to worry about being afk!
