Snap horizontal position of placeable items to configurable grid.

Snaps the horizontal positioning to placeable items to a grid that can be configured by the user. There is a problem placing things like recipes and you'll have to use the Ignore Snapping key to place things. This does not do snapping vertically. Somethings will have their own build-in snapping that this mod has no control over.
This requires Extra Settings API to edit settings.
